I have been teaching third grade at Sts. Peter & Paul for over five years! Here at SSPP, it is truly a family environment, with welcoming staff and wonderful students! When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters, Avalyn and Isabelle. I enjoy reading, cooking and baking, and spending time outdoors!
A few years ago, I made a meaningful connection with a student who was really struggling with reading and writing. After lots of intervention and one-on-one time working with myself and other teachers, this student was able to grow as a student in ways that I am so amazed and proud to have been a part of! Looking back on where this child was academically to where they are now is wonderful to see and is what we as teachers strive for! I am blessed to have been a part of this student’s educational journey!
I love reading and teaching the subject of ELA. I am an animal lover, I enjoy cooking and baking, and have recently gotten into scrapbooking!
