I have been a Classroom Aide at SSPP since 2012, starting as the Kindergarten Aide and moving to Pre-K in 2017. Prior to that, my husband and I were active Parent Guild volunteers as our four children attended SSPP. We love this school and the opportunity it provides students to learn and grow in faith as well as academics. Pre-K students mature so much within the school year, both socially and intellectually. I am honored and delighted to be able to support this amazing growth and to help the students enjoy a happy and positive pre-school experience.
I enjoy helping the children learn about Jesus. This can happen in big moments and little moments along the way. We teach them about God’s love, ways to pray, what being sorry means, and so much more. It makes my heart sing when at the end of the school year the student will mention a matter of faith as one of their favorite memories of Pre-K. “Thank you for teaching me about God.”
