I am a wife and a mother to three girls. Prior to joining the SSPP community I taught P.E. at St. Aloysius. I have also taught Pre-K and worked with Special Needs students. I truly enjoy working with the students and encouraging their creativity and self expression. My goal is to support every student and create an open work environment. Outside of the classroom I love hiking, and teaching fitness classes like Zumba, Kettlebell and other physical activities.
I’ve made many connections with my students over the years. I love to hear how my students have fun in gym class and they can’t wait for next time. More specifically, a student attributed my training to their success in a sport. They realized all the conditioning we did prepared them for their game, and came out on top!
I love hiking, teaching fitness classes, and biking. I used to work at Walt Disney World in college, and I love taking my family there every year. I have a dog, Brinkley, and two birds, Sunny and Charlotte. I love maps, which is different. I could stare at a map all day, and map out different routes for my travels. I’m a cheer mom as all three of my daughters do competitive cheer.
