We cherish the opportunities that our students have to express themselves outside of the classroom, under the SSPP roof, while helping them fully realize their potential, and discovering their passions.

We’re proud to offer these extra-curricular activities:

Help assist a member of the clergy during a Christian religious service. This is a fantastic way for our students to develop greater responsibility, maturity, attention to detail, and flexibility; while making a meaningful contribution to Mass and their congregation.sh the opportunities that our students have to express themselves outside of the classroom, under the SSPP roof, while helping them fully realize their potential, and discovering their passions

A reading incentive program for students to come together and demonstrate their abilities and test their literary knowledge.

Checkmate. Join us to learn more about one of the most strategic, and social games around. Open to all skill levels!

Featuring students from grades 5-8 – sing at various Church and School events, as well as concerts throughout the year.

Students come together to get fit, stay fit, and make new friends while participating in a variety of different physical activities.

Students get hands-on experience, enjoy the fruits of their labor, and learn more about God’s creation along the way.

Students in grades 7 and 8 express their creative freedom. Production usually begins in November with performances in the Spring.

Students in Grades 4-8 can learn to play flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and percussion, while culminating with annual performances!

Weekly, small group lessons are held on-site, after school.

SSPP is proud to offer membership in The National Junior Honor Society, an esteemed organization principled around five pillars: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Character, and Citizenship.

Students take part in service projects. Including, but not limited to:

  • Crafting Christmas stockings for SSPP Outreach Center 
  • Holding bake sales o help fund various school projects 
  • Serve as student tour guides for Open House

 

Students who are selected must maintain an overall grade point average of 94.0 or higher throughout 6th grade in order to be inducted into NJHS in 7th grade. Students need to maintain the 94.0 or higher to remain a member.

Learn about prayer, grow in their faith, and connect with other students who are interested in the teachings of Christ.
